Discipline 1: Carpenter's Trestles
Building 2 carpenter's trestles
Free design — the trestles will be used by the contestants in the following disciplines.

Discipline 2: Beam Joinery
Joining two beams with a single joint
Building a joint connecting two beams to bridge a 5-meter span. During judging the joint is loaded with weights until it breaks — the goal is to withstand the maximum load.

Discipline 3: Gable Roof with Collar Ties
Gable roof with collar ties, no king or queen posts
The roof must be built with 8 rafters (4 per side) and a 33° pitch. Everything else is creativity and know-how.
